After working with several different stone hearth ovens, I found that the flexibility Doughpro has is what sets them apart from the rest. The staff at Doughpro was great, and they were more than happy to educate me on the versatility they offer. They can custom build an oven to any size or shape, incorporating unique one of a kind features including an internal spotlight to add more light inside the oven, pull out gas fired char broiler and a window in any position on the oven for customer viewing. In my opinion, the best feature of all was the pull out char broiler! This char broiler has 2 independent burners underneath and products I grilled also benefited from the heat that radiates down from the ceiling of the oven. A common misconception is that these ovens are only for pizzas and a few bread products. However, I was able to sauté, slow roast and also use the char broiler to grill a variety of meat products. You can literally cook an entire meal in these ovens! The pizzas baked in a matter of minutes and all of my slow roast items were juicy and baked to perfection. I would recommend a Doughpro oven to anyone that is looking to create a dynamic cooking experience for their establishment.
